Link to MP4 Converter
A link is tied to the page it came from; an MP4 file is not. This page is a link to MP4 converter: paste the address of a video, press the button, and the video comes back as an MP4 saved on your device. The fetching and the converting happen on our servers rather than on your phone or laptop. Nothing gets installed. There is no sign-up, and the file carries no watermark.
Most public video links work: YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Twitch, Dailymotion and more than 1,000 other sites, all through the same extraction layer. A direct link that ends in .mp4 is fetched exactly as it sits on the server; a direct .mov or .webm link is converted on the way. The output is MP4 with H.264 video and AAC audio, up to 1080p by default. YouTube goes up to 4K when the upload has it.
It runs in the browser on a phone as well as on a desktop, and the steps are identical on both. Got more than one link? The bulk tab on the home page takes up to 20 at a time and returns them as a single ZIP. Free use is capped at 60 conversions an hour, and every file is removed from our servers two hours after it was made.

What you get
H.264 video, AAC audio
Inside the MP4, video is H.264 and audio is AAC. Nothing exotic, so the file opens where you expect it to.
1080p by default, 4K possible
This page fetches up to 1080p. For YouTube, 4K is available where the upload was made in 4K.
Shorts, reels and timestamps
A YouTube watch link, a youtu.be link, a Shorts link or a link with a timestamp all convert to MP4. Reels from Instagram and Facebook do too.
Free, no account needed
There is no account to create and no watermark on the output. What you download is the video as it was published, with nothing added.
Any link to MP4, with three exceptions
Any link to MP4 converter has the same three exceptions, and so does this one. Content behind a login, a private post, or anything protected by DRM, such as Netflix, cannot be fetched. A channel page or a profile page is not a video, so paste the link of one video rather than the list. A search results page fails for the same reason. Everything else that is public and points at an actual video works.
Two sources trip people up. A Discord attachment link on cdn.discordapp.com or media.discordapp.net is signed and stops working after roughly a day, so right-click the attachment, choose Copy link, and convert it while it is fresh. A Google Drive video only converts if it is shared as Anyone with the link; paste the drive.google.com/file/d/…/view address, and if the file needs a Google login you get a clear message instead of a silent failure.
How to turn a link into an MP4
Grab the video's address
Use the share button in the app or copy the address from the browser bar. One video per link; a channel or profile address will not do.
Paste the link
Drop the link into the box and leave MP4 selected. Nothing else needs setting; 1080p is the default.
Fetch the MP4
Press convert and wait for the download button. The file lands wherever your browser saves downloads, on a phone or on a desktop.
