One inbox, read by a person — not a ticket queue and not a bot. LinksConverter is run by Maya Brooks, an independent developer, so replies come from whoever actually wrote the thing you are writing about.
We aim to reply within two working days. There is no contact form here on purpose — a form would only put a wrapper around the same inbox, and email means you keep a copy of what you sent.
What to include
A conversion or download failed
The single most useful thing you can send is the job link — every job has its own page at /job/<id>. Paste that and we can see the exact source, target format and error without you having to describe any of it. If you no longer have the link, tell us the URL you pasted, the format you picked, and roughly when.
A site we don’t support yet
Send the link. Extractors get added regularly, and a real example URL is what makes that possible — a site name on its own usually isn’t enough, because support often differs between a post, a reel and a live stream on the same platform.
Copyright or a takedown request
These go through the DMCA process so they’re handled properly and on the record.

Files are deleted automatically two hours after conversion, and file contents are never logged. If you want something removed before that window is up, email the job link and it will be purged.

Genuinely welcome. Most of what exists here came from someone pointing out that a format was missing or that a step was more annoying than it needed to be.
Things we genuinely can't do
Worth saying up front so nobody waits on a reply that was never going to help.
- DRM-protected streaming
- Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu and similar services are blocked deliberately. Bypassing DRM is illegal in most countries, and no amount of asking will change this answer.
- Files older than two hours
- Retention is a hard limit, not a setting. Once the window passes the file is permanently gone from storage — there is no backup to restore from. That is the trade-off that keeps the service private.
- Private or login-only content
- Private accounts, follower-only posts and paid memberships stay out of reach. If a link needs someone else’s login to view, it will not download.
