What a pass changes
The free site is the whole site. A pass raises the ceilings on it — the numbers below are read from the same settings the servers enforce.

If you paste fewer than 20 links at a time and your files fit in 4 GB, the free site already does everything a pass does. Buy it for the days it does not.
Payment and refunds
Checkout and receipts are handled by PayPal — a PayPal balance or a card on PayPal's own page. We never store your card details; we keep PayPal's order and capture references, which pass you bought, the amount and currency, the purchase and any refund date, and the date the pass ends — nothing else. If your account has an email address, a receipt goes there when the pass is on. PayPal does not currently let us take payments from buyers in India.
Refunds: email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we refund the pass in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, we refund the unused days if something on our side stopped the pass doing what this page says. Refunds are issued through PayPal to the payment method you used, and the pass ends at that moment. If a conversion fails, that is our fault and never a reason to buy a pass — failed jobs are retried and rescued for everyone, free. If we ever discontinue Pro, every active pass is refunded for its unused days without you asking.
