By using LinksConverter (the "Service") at https://www.linksconverter.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service does

LinksConverter converts files between formats and downloads publicly accessible media from supported sites. The Service is free to use, with usage limits, on an "as is" basis. An optional, one-time Pro pass, when offered, raises some of those limits (see "Pro pass" below).

Acceptable use

You agree that you will only use the Service to process content that you own or have the legal right to download and convert. You must not:

• Download or convert copyrighted material you do not have permission to use.
• Attempt to access private, password-protected, or login-gated content.
• Upload malware, illegal content, or anything that violates the rights of others.
• Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to bypass the rate limits or security of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you process and for complying with the copyright and other laws that apply to you. Many platforms' terms of service also restrict downloading — it is your responsibility to respect them.

Usage limits

Use without a Pro pass is limited to a set number of requests per hour to keep the Service fair and available. We may adjust these limits, throttle, or block requests that appear abusive. A Pro pass raises the limits listed in the next section.

Pro pass

A Pro pass, when offered, is a one-time purchase that raises the limits of one signed-in account for 7 or 365 days from activation, or from the end of a pass already running: up to 50 links per bulk job, uploads up to 5 GB (above 2 GB, video and audio only), results up to 10 GB instead of 5, up to 100 files per batch, 500 requests an hour, output files kept for 24 hours instead of 2, and downloads that start by themselves. It also lets you cover a logo on a video or photo you uploaded, which is not offered without a pass. It is not a subscription: it does not renew and nothing is charged again unless you buy another. It does not guarantee that any conversion succeeds (the "No warranty" section applies equally) and does not change the acceptable-use rules above. Payment is processed by PayPal, under its own terms; we never receive your payment details.

Refunds: email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we refund the pass in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, we refund the unused days if something on our side stopped the pass doing what this page says. Refunds are issued through PayPal to the payment method you used, and the pass ends at that moment. If a conversion fails, that is our fault and never a reason to buy a pass — failed jobs get the same retries and the same email recovery for everyone, free. If we ever discontinue Pro, every active pass is refunded for its unused days without you asking.

Deleting your account forfeits any remaining pass.

No warranty

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any particular file, site, or conversion will succeed, that output will be error-free, or that the Service will be available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinksConverter and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or files.

If you believe content has been processed through the Service in a way that infringes your copyright, see our DMCA Takedowns page.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
